As in Trials Fusion, we kept the lock to make sure the physic was working correctly as it's core to the game.
So, as far as I know, there is no way to remove the 60 fps cap.
Cheers,
*ubisoft adds 60 fps lock*
*pisses of about 60 fps lock*

thats this thread m8
I actually think the first request makes sense. On PC, we could let the framerate unlocked for gamers who like to see this number going high up. However, it's quite some additional work and that's for a very small number of people, so that's why we don't support it.
I believe 30 fps lock on PC is not acceptable, but 60 fps lock is ok. It's not good but it's not a massive problem neither.
To help the PC gamers, we tried to make sure the controls were great on PC (and customizable, supporting on PC Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS4 and Steam controllers) and we tried to add a lot of graphic options.
However, it's only a 15 euros games, with the budget that fits this kind of game. So, we couldn't go too much overboard either.
Cheers,
When is ubisoft gonna implement achievements on their AAA games?
I'd like to give some easy clear examples of why 60 fps needs to go away.
For starters, the tech is here, TN, IPS, OLED can all easily exceed 60 fps. Even the modern HDMI standards are looking to support 120hz or higher in 4k and are finally catching up to Display Port.
60hz makes people motion sick. I've been using oculus VR since DK1. the DK1 was 60hz, and made me motion sick really bad. DK2 was 75hz, and was much better, but still made me woozy sometimes. CV1 is 90hz, and I almost never experience motion sickness. I bet if they make a 120hz headset in the future, it would be even more enjoyable.
Anyway, this game would be so fluid on my 144hz 1440p panel. As it is, it is acceptable, but actually makes me a little motion sick.
absolutely loved FC3 Blood Dragon, and played the whole thing at 144+ fps (vsync also makes me sick)
Its too bad your trials engine isn't designed well enough to run physics correctly at 144 fps.
