Bug? The Law of the Order Quest (Mordus)

Found a bug where I completed all of the cave first, fought Mordus, got him to 'teach' me (I already had 3 source points) and then let him go. Now I spoke to Lohar later on the story and got the sub-quest Mordus Awakens with no way of completing it.

Fyi: I got the Mordus Amulet on my Inventory and I can't complete it nor re-fight Mordus again.

Hmm weird. Maybe you messed up the quest by killing Mordus first..

Nope, I let Mordus live and got his necklace in return. And after going back to the town, is when I discovered about the arena, and talked to the dwarf and followed up the quest to deliver the letter to him.

Then this is where the part I got stucked, like I have the necklace already way before I started the Dwarf quest and the option to give it to him won't appear.

Do you take the letter from the cave and read it? The one before you unlock the hatch with Mordus amulet? If I recall it correctly, there's two letter you need to read. If you already done that, maybe the quest just bugged.
