Singleplayer locked inventory?
So i'm just chugging along in my own singleplayer game, just finished an encounter down in the blackpits and i have my main character pick up a tremor grenade i got as loot, but when i opened up my intentory to pass it off to the character that does the grenade throwing, i found that my main character's inventory had somehow become 'locked'.
It was just his, tried pressing different buttons of my keyboard and tried looking up an answer but can't find it.
If anyone knows how to fix it, i'd love to hear it since i'm kinda stuck due to it.

i just encountered the same problem. However in wreckers cave and with one of my side characters.
I havent been able to find a way to resolve it and am also stuck :(
am able to buy and sell with this character i just cant use items, click on them etc.

Update: the problem seems to have fixed itself. The save files in which in encountered this issue are back to normal and i can acces all my characters inventory as normal.

Thanks for reporting this issue guys. If you could send your savegames to our support address it would help us pinpoint the cause of the problem faster.

Hey any solutions yet? I'm in a single player game and two of my charakters have a locked inventory.

I too was having the same issue, but simply restarting the game solved it. I would suspect it has something to do with the most recent update, as till now the game has run beautifully for me.

you guys try killing the broken character then reviving them?
that's fixed many of my issues I've had in the past.

got that issue as well, however accessing items via the crafting menu (on the same character) works fine

I had the same issue after killing the last Magisters on the docks at Fort Joy. Fane's (my main) inventory was locked after combat finished, while my companions were not affected.
Restarting the game fixed it.

I just had this problem save the game and reload that save and it should be good.

supremely annoying in a solo playthrough.

Happened to my main character after defeating the 4 Magisters with the help of Gareth. Saving the game then restarting the game fixed it. But this seems like a feature that was programmed into the game, because there was a little lock symbol on his inventory. Not sure what the purpose of locking an inventory is useful for but the devs must have had some purpose in mind..

You can no longer exchange items while in combat. The bug is that it doesn't unlock when you exit combat.

Yea saving and reloading the save fixed it for me just now...

I also have this problem. Sebille's Pack locked after the healer's basement fight next to Paradise downs. :(

Edit: saving, then loading that save, has fixed it. Super weird.

I solved it like this:
Unchain that character, then select him, open inventory, it's unlocked.
