Unlikely Lovers is bugged, but Almira's Request is complete.

I beat the unlikely lovers quest last entry is "The void beast that is causing the decaying shroud is dead" and when I handed it in, it completed? I think, but the quest log is still there, still in the quest menu and when i proceed to the next ACT it closes saying that I DID NOT help Almira or Mihaly. However, I have finished the Almira's request, she's on the Lady Vengeance, she has the Swornbreaker Tablet from the quest.
Everything.

This is one of the only bugs I've encountered aside from a UI bug while I was in the Bloodmoon Island, (and this is my first playthrough) I don't want to proceed and miss out on anything because of a bug!
