Divinity: Original Sin 2

Connection to the Larian support server failed.
Every time I start up I get this message. After fiddling with my firewall settings just to get the game to load up ) after updating from EA. And this message still appears if firewall is disabled. Is there a fix or am I missing something?

Still got this issue.
Yup, same here.
I found a solution for me. I renamed the SupportTool.exe to SupportTool.exebak, made a copy
of the EoCApp.exe and renamed it to SupportTool.exe. Voila, no more annoying wait time.
No more Larian support server failed to connect. Game just starts up immediately.
Bump same issue here not finding any support.

tryed this it starts up and plays but, it has gone back before the undead update and multiplayer is disabled. Still trying things out but still not found a 100% fix
Not working for me, I still can't connect to the global community and that sucks...
Same issue here.
I have the same issue, I have also the Problem that the Game is not syncronizing the Savegames to the Cloud or in my case that the savegames that are in the cloud are not downloaded to my second PC where I am playing on weekends.

I can start the game, but it seems that the game itself has no connection to the internet from this PC. I have already tried without firewall, have given the Game admin rights, but nothing seems to help.

I had a crash on exiting the game soon after I started playing it at launch, and it broke my computer's interaction with every application and browser etc until I rebooted. It was part way through the Cloud synchronisation when it happened. I disabled the Cloud save function and it's been fine ever since, so I think there is a problem with this particular game and the Cloud saving as I've never had any such issues before.
Ive the same Problem

My Specs:

Win 10 Pro
Intel Core I7 5930k
32GB Hyper X DDR4 RAM
250GB Samsung EVO950
InternetProvider T-Online (Entertain)
Same here. Not a big deal, but curious.
same...except now my screen goes black when i load my save, only ui is visible and the frame rate drops dramatically
After today's patch, still an annoyance. /sigh Patience I guess. :-P
