GPU clock locked @ 405Mhz terrible FPS in DE
Hi guys!

Here's the issue, when i start the definitive edition i get about 15FPS in the main menu. I tried to lower the settings and resolution, played with Nvidia settings, nothing helps. I noticed that my GPU clock is locked @ 405MHz and memclock is locked at 810MHz. I tried to overclock it and put greater values, but nothing helps. In the task manager i have my GPU utilized at 98-100 permanently @ main menu. The funny thing is, when i start classic edition with the same settings i get 120+ FPS and it's very smooth. I saw some similar posts here before, but never found a solution, please advice.

My Specs are:
Intel Core I7 960 @ 3.60GHz
16Gb RAM
Nvidia GeForcre 980TI

I hope there is no need to say that i have no issues like that with another games, and can play most of fresh titles at ultra or similar.

Thank you

Same, locked to 10fps in DE, but Clasic runs +70.
3440x1400, i5-8600k, RTX 2060 32gb ram.
After some test, it's looks like game doesn't like insider builds, and I didn't found any way around it yet.

Just checked this on build 19041.113, it seems to be related to WDDM 2.7 drivers, such as 450.12, and the hardware accelerated GPU-scheduling option that comes with it. You can disable it from Settings -> Display Settings -> Graphics settings. That works for me, if I don't it's locked at 10 fps exactly.

Didn't help, i have WDDM 2.6 and i don't have integrated VGA, so i don't have the hardware accelerated GPU-scheduling option in my graphics settings.
