Can't finish The Missing Prisoners

I went through the Queen and her Isbeil's story part, finished everything, got the required book. Then I got to the prison and talked to the Warden. I've read the book with all characters, went back to where I found it, read the book there, went back. In no way canI get the warden to register that I read the book to end the quest.

Sorry I don't remember if I ever solved this. I doubt I did. I usually go back post solutions.
