I guess we're waiting until Act 3 at the very least? Haha.

Finally got around to checking. Somehow, the game has managed to remove "The Red Prince" tag from the Red Prince.
Well... ♥♥♥♥.
Are there any workaround to potentially adding it back in? Maybe Cheat Commander or something could cheat it onto him?
I mean, This is not a normal issue. Very odd.
Assumed was because Red Prince for me is my player character (his name and re-spec still says he red prince even)
We did manage to advance the quest in the end, by talking to Sadha. Initially this didn't do anything.
We had started playing with 2 players, and recruited the Red Prince in to our party. Another player joined us, who took over control of the Red Prince. It seemed that he was unable to complete certain parts of the storyline with us, as he was 'just a party member'. The same problem seemed to occur here.
It was solved by giving control of the Red Prince to the player who originally recruited him (Menu => Party Management), and then talking to Sadha again. This presented extra dialogue options and advanced the quest.
Hope this helps someone else who got as stuck as we did.
