there is 1 symbol looking like a sun and then several other symbols with an arrow like thing.

followed what I got placing those who follow moon and sun but nothing

Im not sure, i just had plenty in my inventory, im pretty sure you can find them at the eternals temples and stuff, try checking the gods temples, there should be one on the island if its required for you to process

You can get them from most of the Automoatons you come across (ie. the ones guarding the Eternal Stormblade). You can also hit it with a lightning spell.

If anyone stumbles on this.. It's called Phase Capacitor, not Eternal Capacitor
