"Key of the One" ? (SPOILERS)

So I just finished the arena in driftwood and got access to the tunnel behind the arena. I turned off some valves that turned off the pipes spitting out gas that petrifies stuff, then I got to the room with 2 chests in it and one of them had this "Key of the One" in it.

Any ideas as to what it opens/unlocks?

In Forgotten Isle in University just before final battle of Act 2 there is hidden room called Arena of the One. There is rather hard boss fight in there

i just found this item too. its very odd, but im thinking maybe you use it in act 3, where theres more stuff related to the arena of the one.

I was so confused what it's for, later figured out it opened that thing just like the comment above said.

For anyone interested in the answer (7 years later lol ^^);

One of the chests has "Key of the One", which will allow you to unlock the door to the arena in The Academy on The Nameless Island later on.

(Basically it's NOT for act II)
