Obsidian lancet and bloodmoon island

How to optain the obisidian lancet? and how exactly do i get to bloodmoon island, i'm level 16 and been everywhere just not the island

Cloak and dagger spell from scoundrel lets you teleport, i used it to teleport from beam to beam at the broken bridge, i am unaware of any other methods.

What about the obisidian lancet, have you found that yet? its seems that the game gives no information about it

no idea what that item is, but i found a weird item called "unusual blade" with seemed important, i found it in the archive at the back.

yeah im also trying to find the Obsidian lancet. its supposed to be a knife if im not wrong

i have found it, all the stuff for the ritual is in a desk behind the lizard in the cellar, the last place i would have searched.
