After finesse is maxed, memory/wits are really the only useful stats, as a rogue won't use strength or intelligence at all, though they are options if you want to get them to 14 for armor options. Wits aren't really useful on a rogue since you are going to backstab crit already, but it's helpful the few times you can't get into backstab range.
Getting battlestomp and battering ram from warfare skillbooks is great for rogues, and some people don't realize daggers can use those, so make sure to grab them. Blitz attack is nice too, and in my experience, it triggers backstab more often than not. Between battering ram, bullrush, blitz attack, phoenix dive, cloak and dagger, and backlash, you should be extremely mobile in combat.
Talents are less important to a rogue imo, but opportunist is great, and you'll want either pawn or executioner. A lot of people like glass cannon rogues, but I'd advise against any melee ranged gc in general.
