Necromancer Skill Books?

I am at driftwood, and cannot find any blank Necromancer Skill Books. No one sells them, and I need it to craft the exploading corps for a mission and for raining blood as well. How would I get one, cause I'm at a total loss.

You don't need blank books. Just combine ANY two non-source necro and pyro books. (necro and hydro for blood rain). This works for every combination of physical (warfare, scoundrel, huntsman, polymorph, necro, summoning) and Magical (Geo, Aero, Hydro, Pyro) skillbooks. You'll get a source version if you add just one source book as either ingredient, both books don't need to be source based. The actual ability the book teaches is irrelevant outside source abilities, so use the cheap ones.
