How to get this treasure/chest? I can't dig it.

According to the quest and my map there is a treasure near to me. I digged everywhere around the chicken's coop. Where is it!?

There isn't a chest. Just a dirt pile that reveals a ruby. It is located just behind the coop between the coop and the fence.

Just a high enough wits stat. The Peace of Mind skill should be enough to reveal it.
