Download Problem

Hallo zusammen,

wollte grade DOS 2 aktualisieren, aber es steht die ganze zeit nur 0 bytes/ 0bytes. Sprich, es aktualisiert nichts. Woran kann das liegen bzw. wie kann ich das beheben?

Habe ein ähnliches Problem, aber keine Lösung bisher. Vielleicht solltest du das Problem nochmal in Englisch übersetzen, damit es mehr Leute sehen und verstehen. Ach ich mache es mal für dich. :)

English:
Hey guys, both of us have a problem that the download for the newest patch is not working. It stays at 0 b/s and is not loading anything. I tried clicking on "Play" and then wait for it to update, but an error occured about a no connection to the Divinity servers.

Anyone could help us here? Restarting Steam didn't help yet.

Gleiche scheisse bei mir. Hätte ich das Spiel mal Offline gestartet, wie ich es sonst auch mache. Wieso kann man das Spiel nicht einfach normal weiterspielen bis der Download fertig ist.

Keine Ahnung, habe mal eben versucht das Spiel neuzuinstallieren damit das Update direkt mit installiert wird, ABER jetzt kann ich das Spiel noch nicht einmal installieren, weil es keine Verbindung gibt! Alles andere in Steam funktioniert wunderbar. :/

I tried to reinstall the game, but now I can't even connect to the download servers anymore so that I can't actually install the game.

Before this update I was able to install & play the game (at starting the game this connection error occured, but I could still normally play the game), but now I can't even install the game... I also read that a lot of other people have connection errors as well. Are the Larian servers just overloaded or what is happening here?

Heyho, ich habe das gleiche Problem seit vorhin Abend und bisher das gleiche Spiel ohne veränderung. Wollt nu Coop spielen aber nix is, son mist

Kann es sein, dass es momentan nur Deutsche erwischt hat? Kann es dann an unserem Internet-Provider oder an irgendeiner Firewall von Windows liegen?

Also mein Coop Partner der nur ca. 20km von mir wegwohnt konnte es ohne Probleme laden. Ich hab nu versucht die Downloadregion zu ändern aber das brachte soweit nichts, auch die daten auf Fehler überprüfen hat nicht geklappt. Weiß grade auch nich so recht was ich noch machen soll.

*Update*

Habe die Downloadregion zu US-Miami gewechselt und hier hat er nach kurzem Lauferwerks gedöns das Update von 160 Mb laden können. Versuchts auch mal so.

Hatte das selbe Problem. Download Server war Frankfurt. Habe den auif Chicago geändert, damit hat es problemlos funktioniert. Nochmals Danke an Sduulyn für den Tip.

Bei mir wurde das Problem auch gelöst, aber nicht durch ändern des Download-Servers, sondern durch stumpfes Abwarten. Gestern ging es nicht, aber heute schon. Komisch

Anscheinend gab es in Deutschland gestern einfach nur irgendwie eine Art Internetstörung oder so. So oder so, ich bin jetzt erstmal froh, dass es wieder funktioniert. :D
