Other ways to get Teleportation
Without realizing how important this skill is, I progressed Gawin and Gratiana's questlines to the point where they either died or will not sell to me. Is there any other way to get Teleportation? Combining skill books? Other merchants?

Thank you.

If you can get a blank air skillbook and look up the recipe for teleport scroll, you can get it that way. Otherwise you might have to wait until act 2.
I've never heard of blank skill books, but I haven't heard about a lot in this game. That's probably what I'll have to do for the rest of my party. I just found out there is another merchant in Driftwood that sells it too, so at least that's one less empty spellbook I'll have to find.

Blank skillbooks aren’t particularly useful or common, but crafting merchants sell them. If you combine them with an appropriate scroll, it makes a skillbook for whatever ability the scroll is for. Usually more cost effective to just buy the skillbook directly, but can be nice if you can get the scroll of an ability before merchants start selling it.

forgive me if i misunderstand coz i dont remeber who gawin or gratiana is but you can get gauntlets of teleportation at like lvl 3 by killing the crocs on the west beach inside fot joy, go to the beach where you find beast and keep walking upwards.
I have the gloves. I just needed the spell for other party members aside from myself.

I know, but Gawin died during the questline so I could not buy the skill book from him. Gratiana also goes MIA after you get on Lady Vengeance.

Any merchant that sells Aero spells should start selling Teleportation around level 6-ish. If all of those merchants are unavialable at Fort Joy, you will have to wait until you reach Act II. There is a merchant at Driftwood square that will sell it. I'm sure there are several other merchants in Act II that have it as well. You also might get lucky and find it as random loot or on a piece of gear you pick up.

That being said, the skill is usefull, but not mandatory. Nether Swap does something similar and if you need to reach far away locations, you can use Tactical Retreat, Pheonix Dive, or Cloak and Daggers.

Ouch, I think I know why you're suddenly so interested in Teleport now that you're on Lady Vengeance. Unfortunately you're not going to be able to get a Teleport Skillbook until Act 2. Double check the Seekers on the ship to see if you sold the Teleportation Gloves to them and can buy them back? Otherwise you just have to do the fight on the ship without Teleport.
