Death Room Door Locked /hammerfall

Hi guys, I'm broken to tears here T_T: ***general spoiler alert*** so, at 190+ hrs I passed the infamous lever puzzle in the Death Room to be prompted with the warning that says I'm at the point of no return (next stop: final battle!). I had just one quest left (doctor orders of course) so I went back to Arx via waypoint, spent 10+ hours finding a way to kill the Doctor and then went back to the Crypt only to find out that the door to the Death Room is locked!!! I've tried all I had to open it, but it actually doesn't respond to any input. Help? Please? -__-''
