Atrophy can no longer be cured
In the recent patch, without any patch notes, First Aid has been modified to no longer cure Atrophy. Atrophy no longer has any cure skill or counter-skill aside from Sebille's Break the shackles, which is a source skill so you need A: The ability to use source and B, have enough source to do it, and it's character-unique to Sebille as well. A two-turn debuff in which any melee-based build cannot attack or use skills is pretty damn punishing. The only reason I had First Aid on almost every character is because it was the only counter against Atrophy, and also one out of two skills that can cure Knocked down. (Soul-mate being the other) Please reverse this, Larian. Having to pass your turn with no way to counter-act the debuff is just straight up ♥♥♥♥♥♥. Every skill in the game has a counter skill, except this one apparently.

Sounds like an unintended bug more than anything. They don’t check these forums much anymore so you’ll likely have more impact trying to contact them directly or at least over on their official forum.

Nah I think it was intentional because the description of First Aid was modified as well. It no longer mentions Atrophy.

I just tested it and while it doesn't say it cures Atrophy in the description, it still does work.

The stat entry still has it being removed as well.

data "CleanseStatuses" "BURNING;POISONED;CRIPPLED;BLEEDING;DISARMED;KNOCKED_DOWN;MUTED;DISEASED"

DISARMED is the internal name for Atrophy.
