Update Nine Lives in Gift Bag feature

I honestly don't see the point in this mod. I like to play no extra mods and just using gift bag features but the nine lives black cat+ mod is so much better than the gift bag one. In the mod when you rescue the cat you get a whistle and a collar that makes the cat more powerful as a follower. Would it be possible to change the nine lives gift bag to be like that. I just think its pointless having a cat as a follower who doesn't really do anything.

The workshop versions of the gift bag mods are way better than the gift bag versions.
