Sucker Punch: Enable Usage for 2H
I really enjoy playing 2h Warriors, but I feel like it's a bit of a disadvantage in this game. I lose out on hundreds of armor, Shields Up, Delfective Barrier, and Shield Throw. That's two ways to recover armor, and one high damage, high range, multi-target spell with a low cooldown.

What do I get with a 2H? All in. Spend 50% more AP to do 25% more damage. Why. It's not even a sweeping move or something, it's just garbage.

So functionally, sure, I'll deal 50% more damage or whatever, but I lose a lot of survivability. If I want to get that survivability back, then I'm investing into more spell schools, and putting more points into memory, which is reducing any benefit I originally had, all to not even match what 1h offered to begin with.

I have two characters in my playthrough right now. A 1h warrior, and a 2h warrior. The 1h warrior does about 100 damage per hit, and the 2h warrior does about 300 damage per hit. The difference between them is that the 2h warrior is specialized into Warefare and Strength. The 1h warrior is spread across every single school, and has the majority of his points in Memory. So sure, that's 3x the damage, BUT the 1h can do the same or MORE damage with burst damage from Shield Throw, Tentacle Lash, and Reactive Armor. Two of which are AOE skills.

To add insult to injury, I don't even get access to Sucker Punch, because you need to have something equipped in your off hand. This means that every other 1h build in the game has access to yet ANOTHER 2 AP knockdown.


So, yes. Lots of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Devs please allow 2h warriors to use Sucker Punch. Thanks.

Doubt they would, the whole concept of sucker punch is that you have an empty off hand. What you're missing though is that two hander skill actually raises the critical multiplier. A properly built two handed user (especially late game) can achieve crits that hit harder than most abilities ever could. The damage output of two handers is pretty crazy if done properly.

The trade off is that 2h weapons deal SIGNIFICANTLY more damage all the time.

All you'd need to do is equip a one handed weapon in your main hand, use sucker punch, then reequip your two hander. I believe that costs 3 AP, possibly 2 AP.
Keeps things balanced.

Believe me, two handed is kind of OP honestly. With enrage and skill points into two handed, you can do insane damage very quickly.

Hell even getting a bit of necromancy, you can almost fully heal yourself every turn if you know what you're doing because you hit so hard.
