Mosquitoes -> Infect -> Chains as an opening move never stops being funny (you might have to be OP from 'Lone Wolf' for this to work, but it worked for most of my play-through (not so much in Arx)). Watching the enemy flounder around because they don't know what to do next, makes me evil-cackle IRL. Vitality takes care of itself, it's such a quality of life perk. And if you don't like it, there's a special mirror that lets you re-spec once you make it to the ship.
I'm playing Fane + a custom Undead, a two man team, both with the Lone Wolf perk (because that's a thing for some reason), we're both necromancers, and we sit in piles of green goo (healing), tormenting enemies... teleporting them just for the sake of mocking them. This is my 2nd play-through and I'm doing the whole "evil" thing this time.
Honestly didn't expect this kind of replay-ability.
Duo for the lone wolf is probably a remnant from the first original sin, where you have 2 main heroes, who are always in party
