Its not spider kiss. I should have been clear. its the -2 con from praying as a human at tir cindileus alter on nameless isle
HP for level
18: 1790 | 14% -> 250 [17 to 18 hp gain: 535]
19: 2240 | 14% -> 313 [18 to 19 hp gain: 450]
20: 2815 | 14% -> 394 [19 to 20 hp gain: 575]
In the end Con does not help, as armor protects you from everything and if your armor is gone you'll be frozen, stunned, kocked down and die, no matter how high your HP is.
@Chaoslink
Do you know what happens if you are at 0 Con? I mean it's -70% max hp, so theoretically you shouldn't die until you reach -5 Con (-105%)
No its not spiders kiss. read the title. its from tir cindeleus altar in nameless isle
If you had the spider's kiss and your min con is at 8, you'd have already found a solution.
If you still have the shapeshifter's mask you could try to turn into an elf and interact with the altar again. Maybe this overrides/removes the -2 con boost, as elves don't get the penalty?
Edit: In Act 1 the Thirsty Well treats every shape you transform into as a seperate character and rewards them. So maybe you can remove the boost by speaking to the altar as an elf...
Okay, and is that gamebreaking? The whole point of the altars is that you're making sacrifices or gaming the system in order to gain the information they hold. You lost two points of constitution, it's not the end of the world. Drop two points out of your Wits and/or Memory, ditch those 1-2 skills that you haven't used since act 1, you're gonna be okay.
thanks for missing the point
The whole point of telling you that it isn’t a big deal is to work through it instead of trying to eliminate it. Unless this character is a mage, using a shield is probably not doing you any favors anyway. Regardless, there’s a means ahead to trade stats around like sacrificing 5 intelligence for 5 strength or things like that. You could probably dump a damage stat you don’t want for more CON to make up for it. Look for the table inside the academy once you’re in and talk to all the spirits around it. They have set trades, but you can usually combine them to eventually trade 5 of one attribute for 5 of another.
