With Ifan using a crossbow, I like the one in the sewers that does something around 70% elemental damage instead of the usual 10-15% as it lets you drop both armors with just a normal shot, and the higher added damage lets it stay useful past its level. It'll be on one of the bodies after defeating Karon. If you don't fight Karon in the sewers, the crossbow isn't available until later in the game, near basically the very end.
Red I assumed is running sword and shield. There is a 1hander in a chest in the lizard sanctuary that is very good for tanks, and has a built in taunt, though the effectiveness there is iffy. There is another good 1hander in the sewers after defeating the "main" enemy you'll find down there, also in a chest that requires a key from the mentioned enemy's body.
Lohse shouldn't use a wand at all for attacks. There is one sold by the elf near the north end of the bridge that starts near the town square. That one adds some nice stats for anything with hydro, but her acutal damage is going to come from magic skills, not wand attacks.
All that being said, if you manage to get to 21 by the end of the game, most vendor sold divine tier items will outclass the uniques that you can find. Whether or not you want to shop around and wait/reaload to get the best weapons at that point is up to you. But if you end at 20 (which I believe is the "expected" ending level) those will likely be the best weapons for those particular loadouts
Most of the best weapons have already been mentioned in that above post there, though I felt like it might be good to add that Lohse shouldn't be using her weapon, so whatever has the best stats is probably the best fit. If you have the Savage Sortilege talent on her so her spells can crit, the real best weapon for her is anything that has a high crit chance built in. Most two handed melee weapons offer that. It isn't uncommon my mages are equipped with big two handed axes or something just for spell crit. If you want her to keep her shield, a high crit 1h weapon might be the best option alongside either Kemm's shields or the shield you find deeper in his hidden sanctuary. One offers deflecting missiles and the other puts a permanent Death Wish on you. If you keep her health at say, half, then you'll have 50% more damage on all her attacks. While it can be risky, that damage increase is huge.
Best Crossbow: Vord Emver
Best wand for lohse: Shattergrasp. Using shield and wand is better than 2 wands if she gets hit often, if you think you can avoid most attacks on her though you can try 2 wands. I recommend Kenn's Deflector for the shield, it will deflect any attacks and enemies will target her less.
Best shield for red prince: An Maflin, not sure if you use sword or wand but if wand then Loic's Discipline. Sword not sure, anything with high base damage works, the unique swords are pretty lame.

Use this guide with ctrl+F to find the weapons and where to find them if you need to.
And like others said you want wands mostly for the stats since you shouldn't be really using their attack. If you want to you can tho, it's just not that optimal.
