later in act 2 there is a spell called netherswap. you can swap yourself with another guy then..
BUT fortify blocks teleportation or swaping.
But as others have said, teleport is basically: teleport target (not self) to somewhere.
You can def teleport someone and then give them the gloves to then teleport the original person as mentioned before.
Teleport is available at lvl 4 though to buy for everyone.
