Is there anything specific to think about if you're trying to romance Lohse? Specific dialogue options to make it easier?

Is it failable?

for most part no romance is failable you would have to try hard to fail OR of course not do their quest.

Pick obvious flirty choices and do their quests. Applies toi everyone, it's really hard for anyone not to want bang you in the transition to act 4
