::Spoiler:: Does not giving Swornbreaker to S**** affect any story at all?

This is my first blind playthrough. I've just learn from Windego that there's another Swornbreaker on Arx, and I actually could've gave it to Sadha during The Consulate quest. However, I've already exited the portal and ended the quest and can no longer go back to her. Does this effect anything lore/ending-wise at all? Did I just doom the Lizard race of becoming dragon again? I'm willing to reload my old save and play through it again if it does affect something, because... well I just love The Red Prince that much lol.

Most of the race endings depends on your final choice at the end of the game rather than the actual choices throughout the game. ( the ending of this game was always an issue since its a prequel )

I will try to be as vague as possible without spoilers : You havent necessarily doomed the Lizards .

That said I would reload the save myself because I can't help myself with that sort of stuff.

No it doesnt, she gets liberated anyway after the ending, the conversation said something like you promised that you defeat God King and free her.

Though, giving her a swornbreaker will give a divine-quality gear reward and of course, Red Prince will be really happy.

Windego doesnt deserve it, she is a oportunistic psycho who got her hand stuck in the cookie jar and paid the price for it, Sadha was goated in to being sworn out of panic, not malice and power hunger. So yes, i would reload an earlier save just for good feels.
