Normally I would say do a dagger and absolutely use the talent ambidextrous. This means you will be a grenade machine esrly then a scroll machine later. Saving an AP every time is huge. I recommend dagger because then you can use scoundrel skills for their cc. Rupture tendons etc. Get torturer along with it to guarantee some of the cc regardless of enemy magic armour.
That video shows him as a powerhouse taking a ton of damage. You don't rrslly want to attempt making a tank without a shield, I would say. Use stench to make yourself a less likely target.
Even for the scoundrel skills, I would still say use mostly INT, as your scoundrel damage will still suck. You just want the CC. INT will help your scrolls do more damage.
This is actually a pretty interesting build idea. Haha. There are so many scrolls and grenades to pick up in the game.
Jack summons minions, so some form of summoning likely. Totem spam is useful while not requiring you to invest more than a single point there. Those stone pillars are similar in shape to the impalement ability on geo. His assassin's rush could be played as blitz attack or even just cloak and dagger. The blue energy balls kinda look lightning ish, maybe use a lot of lightning grenades. While the shape is different, the only multi projectile blue thing in the game is ice fan. The big light thing with the multi hits looks like blinding radiance, even if the actual effect is different.
I got nothing for his slice projectile. BUT, if you get either of the sparking swings abilities, you can slash someone and get a fireball projectile to shoot off. A one handed weapon build isn't ideal for this, but we've already established theme coming first. This one could also imitate his blue multi shot attack, but with red/orange.
I realized halfway through that all the spells I listed are pretty easily crafted as scrolls, and the thunderbolt grenades are easy to craft as well. Since you're going with one single handed sword, ambidextrous will let you use any grenades or scrolls for one lest AP cost. Most of the time, that puts it at just 1 AP total to use, which will be very convenient. Using scrolls instead of actually learning the attacks also frees up memory slots for you, and allows you to build for more warfare so the sword can deal the most damage possible.
Now I have to make it on honor.
I would actually LOVE if someone or multiple someones threw a bunch of challenge ideas at me. I've run out of ideas that are both a real challenge, but also interesting enough to actually do.
Just look for various rpg challenge vids or game ones, Skyrim would be a good place to start and just adapt to this easy.
Birthday Suit it, magic refusal (no scrolls/magic/runes/magic gear/etc...), Opposite leveling (Be a Strong-Str Mage sort of thing), no consumables, focus on main quest only, no weapons, Household gear only allowed aka like Broom+bucket (can use level mod to make them slightly better when needed), 3 party team of all popular weakest builds (aka try debunking hardest builds including 3 man team), etc etc...
