Most fun build
Hello,

What are the build you had the most fun playing with ?
It can be broken min/max build or just fun gimmick build.

Right now I'm having a lot of fun on building a tank character and try to make him to actually tank with 4 party members 😄

Red prince with dagger, shield, opportunist, gladiator, the pawn and torturer.
I stuck to everyone and reduce their mobility so they have to hit the unkillable red prince or wast 4 ap to move out. Most of the time they finally choose to hit him on melee.

the builds you can have are very diverse
there are too many to count
But......
I found out that a duel weld wand build for openers (range)
then tank close (shield/sword)
sort like battlemage
is grand indeed
Im doing so good with it on a Lonewolf run
The wands you can get are good damage dealers can exploit every weakness and low AP to use

Memory main battlefield controller. Doesn’t have a damage scaling stat, but can create or remove any surface or cloud effect and apply so much CC to vulnerable targets it’d count as war crime level torture.

I love the swapping mechanism but it's terrible on a 4 party members. I used to get mods for than but now I'm on switch aha.

Yeah, once armor is gone cc don't need damages !
Look like my coach build : dump every buffs you can on teammates, inv potion and let them do the damages for you.

Nothing says screw you to an enemy than chilled, slowed and blinded active at once. Sure, they can still act, but it would take 5 turns to get one full turn’s worth of movement at the speed they’re going and they can do anything ranged.

Also love the steam cloud over water combo where you zap it with electricity and make an electric totem then toss an enemy in with no magic armor. The totem will shock the cloud and puddle simultaneously, making two separate shocks that repeatedly stun lock the enemy. As long as you replace the totem as needed, they’ll never get a turn again.

Aha yeah, basically in this game someone without armor is no different from someone dead.

Exactly why Constitution is such a bad stat. With no damage mitigation or anything else, getting just HP from a stat is like throwing your points away. Its nearly worthless.

Summoner/Polymorph and a couple in Aero. Maybe I'll throw a couple in necro and pyro for their buffs. I'm going for the greatest utility character I can.
One of my favorite things is being able to summon the water minion for an extra heal.

Retribution tank with divine talent unstable (from gift bag). They receive unblocked damage when they hit you then take a brutal hit when they kill you. This is probably the only actual use for adding CON in the game. But in the odd fight with lots of melee enemies, this one is hilariously fun.

Unfortunately, you probably have to do lone wolf and make your other character invisible a fair bit, otherwise they avoid the tank.

I think my main aversion to this meme build comes from PTSD of playing Heroes of the Storm and getting matched with people who’d do the Tyrael/Auriel “combo”. Basically, when Tyrael dies he becomes a mobile bomb and Auriel gets an ult that revives a hero. Literally they’d just feed the other team to try and spam the death bomb effect, always leaving the enemy team ahead in the end. Really made me hate those kinds of explode on death effects.

I always found this funny how they can spend 8 AP on two turns just to avoid the tank eating attack of opportunity.
