Where to find needles?

Crafting vendors or on random citizens, usually children. There are two in the Undertavern, Bree in the Square, one of the Elves at their camp, and the Dwarf at the Paladin Bridge. Probably more vendors than just that, but there's some places to start. There's also kids all over town. They tend to have needles more often I find.
