The DOS2 narrator is better suited to this particular game however, as the writing is similar to a DM describing things to a players at a gaming table. His storybook style of narration fits really well, where a dramatic reading would sound off.
As for who is better? Hard to say as both styles have their place, however I prefer DOS2 because it seems like a more realised vision, with all the games aspects, narration included, complementing each other. BG3 is a bit creatively scattered on the other hand and doesn't make the best use of it's talent. I'm guessing Amelia Tyler is more expensive to hire too, so you get a lot less bang for your book.
ED: My mistake, the voice actor for Hellblade is Chipo Chung, not Amelia Tyler.
That isn't to say the DOS2 narrator wasn't good, he was, I just feel like he fits better in a more comedic role than serious one. DOS2 had more silly moments, BG3 is darker and Amelia just fits the role better.
