Depends on your completionnism. I say at least 100h. If you know the story (after your 1 run) maybe less.

Depends on what you count as bosses. There are many characters that could qualify. I would say at least 5 very big bosses and lots of minor bosses.

I've seen gameplay on youtube on tactician difficulty that lasted around 60-75 hours and it wasnt a speedrun. I guess large part of this game is thinking where to go and just walking around.

If you know where to go in the correct sequence, you can be fast. But for your first run you just don't know what kind of enmies you encounter where and if you able to defeat them or not. So everything takes longer.

Yes, this is true. And this is also - in my subjective opinion - worst thing about this game. I guess this guy doing quick run was doing his fifth or sixth gameplay. In my first approach to the game - few years ago - I've spent like 35 hours to finish Fort Joy and do less than half of Driftwood, but I've missed several nice quests and, also, had some luck with doing stuff. Now in my current gameplay (first full) full Fort Joy + Driftwood = around 60-70 hours on classical difficulty (I guess tactician would take more due to longer battles).

I wish this game had something like in Pillars of Eternity 2 where you actually have skulls displayed over each event, so you can quickly navigate and select battles proper for you.

Average first run is something between 80-120 hours.

As for bosses…. Hard to say since there’s no concept of grinding in this game. No trash mobs, there’s a finite number of enemies. Some are clearly meant to be tough, but the idea of a boss type enemy is weird.

I refered to some giant creatures that you have to face and some very important quest related difficult enemies.
