"Please follow these steps:
- Please add the game's executable and GOG GALAXY files:
C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG GALAXY\GalaxyClient.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG GALAXY\GalaxyClientService.exe
C:/ProgramData/GOG.com/Galaxy/redists/GalaxyCommunication.exe
to your security software exceptions list. The game being blocked by security software is the most common reason why you might encounter issues with multiplayer. This step should be followed firstly.
If you still cannot connect to a game from lobby, try going into Arena mode, create an arena, open the Connectivity menu and check the settings. After that exit to the main menu and try joining the your colleague's multiplayer session again. Alternately, create a multiplayer game lobby, exit and try joining."
I'm playing on the deck so there is no firewall to allow the game through to my knowledge. I'm unable to create a multiplayer game lobby even as the permissions for whos allowed to join are locked to no body and I cannot change them. Lan and direct connection in the settings are enabled but when I try to set up a connection this way it says I'm not connected to the community servers and it doesn't let me allow direct or Lan connections.
