WHERE is the tribe of saheila?
I've read it's just a bit straight east of the driftwood fields waypoint but all I am finding is the crazy elf collecting whatever it is as well as the elven proving grounds. where are these dudes?

In the cove . where are the nurse that she sells potions . Act 1 . But if you go act 2 they stay near the camp of solitary wolfs .

You're like right next to it. It's the group of elves burying one of their dead friends a little bit east/northeast of the proving grounds, south of the lone wolf encampment.
