How to achieve +110% fire resistance?(apart from leadership?)
I have demon on my undead lizard with many other buffs to fire resistance, but it simply won't go above 110%. Any idea? Leadership buffs it beyond, but it's not good, because i don't want to walk in lava with my teammates nearby who aren't immune.

I could have 120% but it won't allow me. My gear is between 98-88 and it stays at 110%.

The worst in all that is, when i receive a debuff it still won't go beyond, meaning that if i get -30% or -50% it will not go above 60% or 80%.

There are Uniques that will give Fire Resistance where no other item in that slot would. Try looking up Uniques in Fextralife. This is if you saved all of them instead of selling.

I think it's like this:

Chest 10 (+11 Greater runr)
Hand 15
Foot 15
Ring 15
Ring 15
Pants 10
Shield 20

That's 111 from normal items.
There rest would be Uniques (some have Rune slots too).

The game caps out at 100%; more with the 2 rather lackluster talents that boost fire/water accordingly.

The remaining boosts must be found via buffs, be it leadership or chugging a potion.

The 200% thing for undead, is undead specific.

Yeah, as said above, you can have 100 resistance from gear. This is a cap that can only be increased through talents and buffs. Gear alone can’t push you past 100.

Demon allows you to get to 110% but is there any permament effect(or item) that gives just 5% or so?

I mean an item that causes you be permamently wet is good too, but i would prefer something that gives immunity to burning status(To avoid -15% from lava negative)

Currently all i have in mind is Leadership(knows it only because brother can equip it and it goes beyond 100%)

I want to be immune to lava, but currently i can only be resistant to lava enough to take only 200 damage/turn. which is bad, because i still can die from it over time.

In DOS2, you can't be immune to Lava. You can resist death from it for a short time, but it's designed to kill you in this game.

Don’t lizards get a racial 10%? Maybe using the shapeshifter mask will work?

My problem comes that as soon as i start burning i lose that 100% immunity and be 95% immune to fire just... Same when WARM

The only thought I have then is getting lucky and finding a divine tier item with immune to burning on it. Though being immune to lava I don't think has any real use after act 3. Not sure there's any to be found in act 4.

Having 115% total resistance from Gear won't overcome the -15% penalty from Debuff?

No

He's not at 115% though. Just 110%. Gear can't push past that, so the only option is consumables. Those have duration though and don't last forever. Not sure there's any other 5% effect that'd be permanent.

At end-game there is lava tho, also fire damage is the most common damage type(i guess)

Yeah, but you'll have time to find burn immune divine items possibly. Though there's no guarantee it'd have fire resistance on it. Still, popping a resistance potion would be a useful way of healing from fire damage. I wonder what its like just running around in that imp crystal after activating that purge and being able to survive both the deathfog and lava...
