Divinity 2 Original Sin-Overpriced for meer 7hrs of gameplay

45 bucks for a story mode i completed in 7 hours of playing ? WTF, I don't usually do reviews, but i am an avid gamer and enjoy these turn based RPG's.. and did enjoy most if not all of this one... I purchased this game without looking at the description.. yes i know my bad. 45 bucks? ??? really waste of money in my mind. Don't go for this one until they actually have a full game here. I am requesting a refund.. see how that goes. Frustrating because I really did enjoy the game.

You paid $45 for 7 hours of game now... but later on when the game is released you'll get another 21+ hours for $0. 21 hours of gameplay for $0 seems like a pretty good price to me.

Yeah it's 1/4 of a game now, so you'll get a full one in a few months, quit troling and l2read.

7 hours? I'm guessing you just blew threw it, I got about 15 hrs off the first act, exploring, talking to everyone, actually reading, doing all quest that are available. Also probably good idea to read the front page when you buy games, it's alpha/EA at this time, game comes out 2017.

Also your play time is 77 hrs so far, they might give ya a refund but that's pretty high play time so might be hard.

Edit: 77 hrs for 45$ = 58 cents an hr and the games not out yet.

I too will really savor this game. You will never get that first experience again and that is why i will wait for the full release before i play.

This is pretty funny. He has 77 hours on the game that he completed in 7 hours the 1st time out. So 11 play throughs so far? Steam's rule for a refund is 2 hours. Anything more than that = no refund. I can see how doing it 11 times would get boring lol Although in all fairness I played Dragon Age: Origins with all the DLC 21 times all the way through. Now that was a great game. Dreagon Age: Inquisition is also quite good. :)

I recommend you just keep it, your not going to get a refund anyway with that game time and with as much time as you spent you seem like you would pick it up anyway on full release. Also recommend the first Divinity Original Sin. Wait for it to be on sale for 20$, you will love it, play it until 2 fully releases.

I havnt even finished it yet. Im working on lvling a bit before the last fight, Im only like lvl 6 or 7 and the act boss i think are lvl 10

I didn't mean to troll, really... I play games at work and sometimes I leave the game on.. that is why I said 7 hours of game play. I just wish that the price reflected the true value of the "preview".

No I really didn't read the full description... that's on me.

Was it too much to expect more of a game for 45 bucks? Not sure quite why I would get so much backlash from fellow gamers. my intention is to bring a bit of attention to it so I can expect a full game for the money.

I am really suprised that more people are not disappointed by this. Steam should have priced this at half price.
