In Div1 the character you grow to hate is an elf called Eglandaer who you bump into in the first city area called Cyseal. If you talk to him once, he moves into the Inn and continually rant shouts every 5 seconds which can be heard all over the city. The city where you hand in all the majority of quests for that area,
