Who sell Necromancer skill book?

In fort joy there is a witch south of the entrance who is diseased, in a tent. She sells the books

There are 2 npc who sell necro book in arx, 1 npc south east path of blood , and 1 npc near bridge before lizard consulat

sweet jezus i am about to just quite this game... why has the devs made it impossible to do these fetch things in order to finish the game... i need a necromancer blank book to combine it with a water book to get raining blood, because for some reason no one has ever sold that in the game... i need to do that so i can finish the last pussle of the game so i can beat the game... and yet finding a necromancer is not easy? they should be selling them in the town square if i need them.

User error.

Any Necromancy book works. You don't need a blank one.

And that is just one way of making blood. If you have an Elf in your party, or Fane with his mask, just use Flesh Sacrifice. That creates a pool of blood at your feet.

Or, just CTL-Click to attack one of your party members with a weapon to make them bleed.

Easy as that.
