How do I eat people?

So, I'm at the corpse of Magister Jaren (super early, no worries about spoilers). I'm an elf. How do I eat him? I don't see a skill for it and right clicking on the body doesn't give the option.

The tooltip is misleading. You can't eat corpses, you can only eat body parts.
Certain NPCs will drop bodyparts when they get killed, which you can promptly chew on.

You can only eat body parts. You find the body parts as loot items when you open the body. The parts will be there just like any other loot items on the corpse. If you don't see any then there are none for that body.

Damn. My mouth literally watered when I saw the body. Can you mutilate a corpse to get a body part?

Nope, you can't. At least, my attacking the ground by it didn't work.

I don't think so. I was kinda sad about that too, I thought I could just right click on a corpse and start eating to regain health or some kind of buff.
