Kardashians, champions of the void.
Not all magic users are sourcerers. I dont know if any of you caught this, but Paladin Cork mentions how the leader of their organzation, Arhu, would never stand for what happens at the fort. Arhu is the famous wizard from DOS1.
Magic =/= Source
I havn't got far in the first game yet, and so I wasn't sure until I looked it up.
Also is Paladin Cork the guy who jumps in your fight with the magisters in their fort? If so I didn't get to talk to him, he died in the encounter lol.
Is normal Magic
Then there is Source
They draw on different sources, but Source is highly corrupting and can do some pretty crazy things. You can be a Sourcerer and not use normal magic and vice versa.
Edit:
if you play WoW think of it like Fel energy vs normal Arcane Energy a warlock vs a mage if that helps.
Edit 2:
alot more to source but i dont wanna spoil anything so this is pretty cut and dry explnation.
