Or you could absord the other jars.
Or you could break one when you're fighting against undead. (Apparently smashing a soul jar kills the undead enemies)
I aim to keep them in case I come across the owners of those souls.
These three necromancers were once prominent sourcerers themselves, with one of them specifically being the progenitor of the fading lizard empire. All they desire is a release from the mortal realm and rest in the Hall of Echoes, so you can grant them their wish by smashing their jars in front of them.
The last soul jar in the island contains Lord Withermoore's soul. Withermoore is a source hunter tasked with finding out what Braccus was doing in the island, and has been trapped there ever since. He is the one that initially gives you the quest to find and destroy his soul jar to free him. Surprisingly, you can actually absorb his soul that's inside the soul jar and present to him the empty soul jar, which he still recognises as his own. He'll ask you to smash it, and doing so will release him either way.
