Closed Circuit?? Not enough source points

Can someone help me as to what I need?

Exactly what it tells you. "Not enough source points". Closed Circuit requires more source points than you have. You know the source points you get after your collar is removed.

After playing 86 hours like you did. You should know that by now.

Ok, I thought source points were only usefd for race specific spells.

That was why I was getting confused as closed circuit is a learnt one.
How many source points can you get?

How many source points can you get?

A lot of the most powerful skills require anywhere between 1 and 3 source points. You will have three source points by the end of act 2 (that's the maximum as far as I know).

It's entirely possible, however odd, that he has played the game for 89 and never attempted to use a skill that uses source points. Also, could be a shared account. I don't know.

What is wrong wtih 80 hours in fort joy.
This is my first time playing and I went around looking for secrets and quests.
So yeh. I also had the 30% speed mod on too.
I used the Bless Skill but I didnt even know what source points was then and didnt really understand what source points vs action points was.
That is why I clarified, freaks.
