Raining blood skill book? [SPOILERS}

Hi, I'm currently on act 2 at the trial for all seasons quest, and i can't do the spring one because i don't have raining blood on anyone and none of the necromancer traders are selling it.. any ideas ?

To get this spell bokk you need to craft/combine a hydro & necro spell book together.

Any 2 will do.

I got the book in Forty Joy,inside one of the desk in the top area on the right of the closed gate guarded by the 2 magisters (the spot where the archer will kill the black cat).You'll need the teleport gloves from the quest recived from one of the npc in that area.
Warp a party member on top,lower the ladder and gg,enter the area with the key and you'll get the book.

It is in the area you can enter with the magister key.

In the Shrine of Almira at the Fort Joy island. Where Giratina is praying by the well there is a guy who sells necromancer skill books.
