Anyone know a specific vendor that sells them in the 2nd Act? I need it to craft the Eternal Armour so that I can touch the relics in the mine, No drops from mobs either.

where did u find the eternal plate? :o also metal scraps can be found in barrels, boxes, ect

The eternal plate is on a table in the excavation area in the mine, the table in the back to be specific. I have never seen any in all the ones I have opened, need to find a vendor that always sells them

When you reach Act 2 you can ask Han to find items for you. Pretty certain it's only one at a time though.

If you're not concerned with achievements there's a mod now that expands crafting, allowing you to extract metal scraps from other items.

Wait, you need eternal armor to touch the relics?

I bought mine from a girl in the tavern at around level 13, just try to check with random people what they sell (top left corner in conversations)

No, they mean you need to touch the relic in the mines to get eternal armor recipe
