Tarquin gone missing.
I have both parts and he just disappeared. I've searched lifeboat, the area under the deck and every cementary entry and he is nowhere to be found.

had this problem, the quest is bugged if you find any piece of the sword before talking to him I believe.

Wait, Tarquin's alive? Does he show up somewhere in chapter 2 at some point? Or, did I miss him on the boat?

On my first save he was bugged as well, started a new one shortly after and now he is there. I don't think he will ever appear once he is bugged

Welp I guess he is gone then since i am not gonna waste few hours of my life just for this one quest. although it sucks because i heared that SPOILER The weapon you get really helps since it's some god killing sword or something End of SPOILER
