Spirit vision

I finish act2 the reapers coast and i still dont have the spirit vision. Alot of stuff on act2 requires spirit vision to solve whats missin? is this a bug?

You can get it prettymuch at the begining of act 2. Ya did the "smoke yo daily weed" ritual?

Find the "Mastyr" or however she is called. Visit her home, there you will have to follow the leads. You will get Spirit Vision at the end.

I got Spirit Vision from there. And Purge on my first run ... not on my second one though ... Dunno what ever triggers that, but it seems to be either RNG or other stuff. Same for Amanda's Shrine at act 1 ... first run: blessed "puddle", second run: got blessed instead ... so yeah...

First you need to know where she is.
You only have those buggy flags at her house, not at her hanging spot with the vista of a sunrise.
