how do you deal with shriekers in act 2?
do you get source vampirism somewhere?
because i cant progress in blackpits atm without it! ; w;

The one/ones in blackpits I just hopped behind with my rogue (cloak and dagger mwah) but later on you get something similar yes.

Think outside the box. Use Teleport, Pyramids, or any other jump skill. I got through the pits without Purging Wand just fine.

so you did sell everything from fort joy(helmet/wand)? or arent those items able to handle act 2 shriekers? (i did not get to shriekers act 2 yet)

yea I tried using source vampirism but I never got in range.

I don't think there's another way other than teleporting c:

Haven't tried but it's the same principle so should be able to handle them.

What's with that? I thought Source Vampirism is supposed to deal with Shriekers, but I can't get within range...

There are two purge Wands that you can get in act 1. That's how I go through.

Source vampirism' range is way too low to deal with them normally, yeah

You can't charge the wand. Need to save the purge charges.

Worst cast scenario they can't kill everyone before a vampirism will take em'.

Don't even need to use C&D; my rogue merely sneaked up on the shriekers and used Source Vampirism.

I sneaked in behind and then slightly to the side of the shriekers then used source vampirism on them. Sneaking gets you in range easily but approach from the side near the wagon, not by the tent to get behind them.
