I mean that's not your every day elf skill outside of ancient folklore...
I do kind of like it now that I got used to it though.
I was like 'Ew gross! ' then..'Cool! where can I get more ?' lol
Pretty much every other game uses the "lord of the rings mold" to shape their elves with minor tweaks.

I got Sebille in an armor and she look badass Shaman like with Twin daggers !
Ripped + thin is almost a default in most fantasy games for elves.
The tall may not be the norm, but it's definately not uncommon.
I think the weird muscle structure is a bit off putting, but once you realise the pattern is similiar to that of the veins in leafs it starts making more sense.
D&D and lotr hardly came up with the concept. And bethesda elves look like that as well.
