Unusual Artefacts
So I think I've pieced together that this is related to a quest Tarquin is supposed to have in the graveyard but I picked up the broken blade on bloodmoon before ever going there and now he's just nowhere to be found to give me the quest.

Did I just break the entire sequence by...finding it on my own?

Having the same problem. Got the unusual artefact from the tomb, met with Tarquin, no mention of the item or quest...is there anotehr piece? What am I missing here?

hmmm, i don't know if this i bugged for me too, but i never met Tarquin.
Neither at the Stonegarden nor is he at the Lady Vengeance.
I broke into the Shadowed Tomb and wondered what i should do, then i read that i need to get a quest from him, but i could not find him anywhere.
So, where exactly is he standing?

And is it possible to do the 3 Spirit Lever Riddle without the Quest for it?

i have both piece, 1 found in the graveyard, the other in library in bloodmoon island (use clear mind to find the gate). the problem is open the box in that library and put the 2 piece together. i suppose the demon soul fot the sword is in that chest, but i cant open it, and i have ability lvl 6 for unlock.

Sry about the late answer.
The one who must open the lock must have source points to open it.
The chest sucks them of the character during the opening
