Bugs on quests "Red Ink in the Ledger" and "Treated like Cattle"

In the quest "Red Ink in the Ledger" when you agree with dwarf to kill Garvan, there is no option to fight with Garvan, unless you attack him manually which will make you hostile to whole Tavern.

On another quest, "Treated like cattle" when you feed the potion to the first cow, the other cow doesn't drink the second one.

Where to get the Stew exactly? The tavern woman doesn't talk to me, and i killed Wyvlia.

I poisoned his stew, gave it to him, but he didn't die.

Having this issue too. I even tried to teleport him to a secluded place to kill him in private, but this still makes the town aggro...

Okay, so i found the very hidden solution, you go to the toilets outside and talk to the woman inside the left one. She will teach you a recipe, Tainted Stew. You craft that and feed him. He will run to the toilet, when he is out, talk to him.

I fed him poisoned stew and he just ate it with no effect. Also another quet says that i had found his supplies, yet in fact i have nothing, just loot from dead ambushers and a locked chest. And i can't give anything to Garvan.

Thank you! This worked- it will show the town people as red on the minimap, indicating that they're aggro on you, but they aren't and will go back to normal once you kill Garvin.

You can pick up the Locked Chest by right clicking on it, and you can give it to Garvan. You aren't supposed to feed him Poisoned Stew, you have to feed him Tainted Stew, which you learn from the woman taking a dump right outside the entrance by Garvan.

The toilet is right outside the tavern.
I looked but for some reason I didn't get the recipe for the Tainted Stew, but all you need to do is purchase the stew from the tavern. and combine it with the Void Tainted Mackerel.

You don't get a recipe, it's just person in a toilet tells you that stew was tainted, and it's mackerels fault. So you have to 1+1.

Funny that he eats poisoned food like it's nothing.

You do "learn" the recipe after talking with her about it. For some reason though it gets stored under the "objects" tab in the crafting menu. Turns out you can combine the stew with any fish, doesn't need to specifically be a mackeral.

The toilet is located right outside the door in tavern which is closest to where Garvan is sitting, go out and head left, you'll see two stalls, a woman is pooping in the one on the left. When you interact with it, she will tell you she got diarrhea from the stew she ate. Then you will learn the recipe for Tainted Stew, cook it and give it to Garvan, he will then run for the toilet. When he is out of the toilet, talk to him. This will trigger the fight.
