It opens all of the doors except for the "prison" door in the room with zombie. Pretty useless and
confusing lever since I found it after unlocking all of the doors. But had to load a save due to some stuff, so tested it while doors were locked.

I still have a small suspicion, we might be missing something. Because it sounds like something huge gets moved by that lever :\

I could not find out what the levers do, but I came across them after I had already opened the locks and disarmed the trap.

i also searched everything for 3h!!! after pulling that lever in that secret area. No clue what it is supposed to do. But, I had all the rooms cleared + the well quest already "solved".

The lever in the sewer room opens the tomb on the right, if you try to open it before hand it says it's too heavy and you can only lift the left one, after pulling the lever you can open the right one to get Braccus's gloves.

Tried this, doesn't work, that tomb i cannot get to open.

The tomb has nothing to do with the lever, i believe, but you need a minimum strength with your character to open it. I believe it was 20+

I've just done it and the minimum is at least as low as 19.

Just checked it out. And as Blue said, it simply unlocks + opens the doors + puts out the fire in front of the door that goes into the lever room.

Guys in the well still need water :)

"something clicked into place" - door was still locked, trap was still functional. So still confused as to what it does.

Tomb on the right is heavier - and requires your character to have more strength. I don't remember what the number is on my last playthrough, but my dwarf with 15(?) couldn't lift it up, but casting encourage.

EDIT: Just checked - 16 STR is not enough, buffing with encourage puts it up to 18 which was enough to open it, though I'm "almost" positive that 17 was enough in my first playthrough

If you teleport one person in your party into the area protected by fire. That party member can go through the pipe. In that room is a two leveler, pull it and then the other outside one with a party member you left behind. The fire goes out, and the door will open.

This map is a close-up of the area that is unlocked after pulling the lever in the "pipe" area: https://guides4gamers.com/divinity-original-sin-2/poi/locked-passages-fort-joy/#2957
