Report a translation problem
confusing lever since I found it after unlocking all of the doors. But had to load a save due to some stuff, so tested it while doors were locked.
I still have a small suspicion, we might be missing something. Because it sounds like something huge gets moved by that lever :\

Click on the skull to find them.
"something clicked into place" - door was still locked, trap was still functional. So still confused as to what it does.
Tomb on the right is heavier - and requires your character to have more strength. I don't remember what the number is on my last playthrough, but my dwarf with 15(?) couldn't lift it up, but casting encourage.
EDIT: Just checked - 16 STR is not enough, buffing with encourage puts it up to 18 which was enough to open it, though I'm "almost" positive that 17 was enough in my first playthrough
